How does my skin stay supple and moisturized in the dry desert heat?
First off, I shower twice a day. I love showering once in the morning to wake up and once at night.
Secondly, I apply body lotion immediately after both showers. The evening is perfect to apply body lotion because sleep is prime time for the body to rejuvenate. Here is exactly how I do it:
